Dr Rebecca Lonsdale
BSc (Hons) BVMS FACVSc (Radiol)
Dr Rebecca Lonsdale graduated from Murdoch University
in 1990 and then worked in mixed veterinary private practice for 3 years in the
United Kingdom.
She attended the European School of Advanced Veterinary Studies in Diagnostic
Imaging at Cambridge and Bristol Universities
(UK) and Luxembourg.
She then returned to Australia
to complete a 3 year Radiology Residency at Murdoch University.
After working at Murdoch as a Senior Registrar, Rebecca travelled to the USA to work as a Lecturer in Radiology at Cornell University, NY
for 12 months. She returned to Australia
to complete specialist qualifications : Fellowship of
the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists (ACVSc). She has presented papers and continuing education
conferences nationally and internationally, and has published in national and
international peer-reviewed journals. Rebecca is currently the Director of
Diagnostic Veterinary Imaging (DVI), accepting referrals from Perth, WA
country and interstate. She also teaches 5th year Murdoch University
veterinary students Special Assignment externships. She is committed to
excellence and innovation in veterinary diagnostic imaging.
Rebecca Lonsdale is available to do ultrasound examinations on
Mondays and Fridays, and will complete Radiographic Interpretations all
weekdays.
